Space efficient, cost effective cycle parking with an expandable modular design. The High Density Cycle Rack provides secure, convenient cycle parking with an extremely compact footprint. Each unit features two wheel holders spaced 370mm apart and arranged in an alternating high-low configuration, allowing the handlebars of adjacent bikes to overlap. The wheel holders can accommodate tyre widths of up to 55mm.
Bikes are held upright with an 800mm frame rest, preventing them from leaning and damaging the wheel. Protective tape on the upper bar helps prevent scratches. An integrated locking loop is included to secure the frame with a d-lock.
Constructed from durable galvanised steel, each unit is securely fixed to the groundwork with threaded rods and chemical adhesive. These are then secured with shear nuts which cannot be removed with conventional tools. The modular design allows multiple units to be fixed together, sharing ground fixing points and reducing installation time. Further units can be added to provide higher capacity as demand grows.
