We are looking for a positive, hard-working person to assist our installations team and provide onsite coordination under the direction of the Installations Coordinator. You will be keen to learn new skills and become part of a friendly team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Town Planning or Sustainable Transport/Cycling plus good mechanical and problem-solving skills.
The role is based in London primarily with time out on site but also requires willingness for UK travel and overnight stays as the job requires. It is an opportunity to develop your skills and work in one of the UK’s most innovative cycle parking companies, providing a great start on a path towards Project / Site Management or operational based roles.
This role is perfect for entry into town planning, civils and construction.

Main responsibilities
- Feasibility and pre installation site surveys
- On-site team coordination, under direction of the Installation Coordinator
- Management of sub-contractors to clear sites ahead of installations
- Product delivery coordination with sub-contractors
- Assisting the Installations Coordinator in job preparation for installation teams
- Risk assessments of installation sites
- Client liaison and quality management on-site
- Internal communication of job progress
Qualifications and Skills
- Good awareness of Health and Safety and ability to practice safe working methods and follow risk assessments
- Strong organisational skills and ability to adapt quickly and calmly to changes
- Experience working flexibly as part of a multi-disciplinary team on projects with strict deadlines
- Ideally have experience in a similar role, and can demonstrate attention to detail
