In summer 2026, we launched Hooplr; our new B2C platform for cycle parking subscription management, on-demand bookings and access control.
For more than a decade, Cyclehoop has led the market in secure residential cycle parking. Working with councils, housing associations and transport planners, we’ve installed over 8,000 Bikehangars across the UK and beyond. Our subscription management service quickly grew to become the largest in the world, now administering over 25,000 spaces across 40 organisations. Over the years our team have gathered a wealth of experience and built a framework to deliver the service quickly and efficiently.
As we expand, serving both local authorities and residents, it became necessary to create a stronger distinction between the services we offer these very distinct customer groups. This would ensure that clients and end users have a clear way to connect with the right teams and functions across the business. We created Hooplr to provide a modern, customer focussed platform for the public to access our subscription management service.
Industry leading B2C branding and website
Hooplr was developed in partnership with a team of branding experts to communicate with our B2C audience. The name Hooplr was chosen to build on existing brand recognition while creating a fun, contemporary feel. Each element of the brand has been tailored to reflect our values and resonate with everyday cyclists.
Alongside the new brand, we launched Hooplr.com, a new bespoke website built to the latest industry standards, with accessibility and sustainability at its core. The website offers end users a host of new features including map filtering and self-service management of subscriptions and waiting lists. Processes including onboarding, address validation, payments, transfers and reporting have all been strengthened to provide a modern user experience.

Building on our ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications, we have worked to consolidate our systems to improve scalability, efficiency and data quality.
